A bit about me: I have lived in Fairbanks for ten years. I came here for a short trip in February of 2015, then came back that summer and never left. I have been a part of many different groups in our wonderful community. Throughout every career shift, it always came back to my joy of working with people to help them understand their body, brain, and breath connection. Two years ago, my dream of opening a hot yoga studio came true, and two summers ago, we started offering Yoga Kids Camps. You are never too young to learn about how magical your body is and how fun it can be to keep it healthy and happy. In this camp, children will learn about breathing, stretching, balance, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression with a yoga twist.
